Vidtek Associates NV, Inc. is proud to announce that it has received ISO 9001:2008 certification for its Nevada Division, the support and repair services for hardware components and software upgrades. ISO (The International Organization for Standardization) is a non-governmental organization established in 1947 to create multi-national standards for the development and implementation of products and services across hundred of thousands of markets. ISO 9000 has become an international reference for quality management in business to business dealings. “Quality management” refers to the actions an organization takes to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer and applicable regulatory requirements, satisfying customers more completely, and eliminating the waste caused by mistakes. With the help of all the employees at the Nevada Division, procedures were documented and established along with the necessary training. In May 2006, an initial audit was conducted by DNV Registrar, an accredited company specializing in ISO 9000 certification. After the initial audit report was complete, preparation began on finalization of the documentation needed for compliance. On August 23, 2008, Vidtek Associates NV, Inc. was awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification. President and CEO of Vidtek Associates NV, Inc., Mohammad Jalilian stated, “Obtaining ISO certification is a significant achievement for Vidtek. This certification exemplifies our commitment to providing the very best products and services for our customers.
