Requirements

  • BS/MS in EE or similar degree program with 5+ years of work experience
  • Knowledge of electronic design principles
  • Experience with OrCAD schematic capture and Cadence Allegro PCB layout
  • Writing product and system technical documentation
  • Experienced in developing firmware for microcontroller-based embedded devices

  • Assist in performing routine service and production work in a team environment;
  • Assist in preparing and updating required documents, records and reports;

QC Technician Duties:

Final verification of repaired products and filling out of documents per written instructions. Verify that all documentation for the repair is complete and legible.

 

Additional knowledge needed:

Computer skills such as database, word processing and spreadsheets are needed.

Service and Repair Technician Duties / Knowledge / Skills:

Evaluate and repair customer products

 

ervice technician; competent of processes, tools, equipment and parts used in service and repair with repair capabilities, able to read and apply service and technical manuals, and ECO implementation.  Basic Electrical and electronics theory; able to Diagnose test equipment operations, computer skills (re: word processing, database and spreadsheet fundamentals). Soldering, DE soldering and circuit board rework techniques;

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an individual with experience in accounting and bookkeeping to join our team to maintain and monitor our financial and accounting related activities.

AR responsibilities

  • Maintain the billing system and accounts receivable files and records
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Collect on accounts by sending invoice statements, reminders and communication with clients via phone, email, fax, or mail
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve client’s billing issues

AP responsibilities

  • Receive and reviewing accounts payable invoices
  • Generate POs
  • Process invoices after obtaining approval
  • Prepare weekly checks, wires, and monthly credit card payments
  • Process all employee expense reports and maintain travel logs
  • Match all receipts and invoices to purchase orders for inventory/non inventory items

 

Payroll responsibilities

  • Post payroll data
  • Maintain employee records
  • Ensure payroll and taxes are processed and paid correctly and on time
  • Interact with payroll online

 

 

Requirements:

  • AA education in Accounting and certified Bookkeeper (BS is preferred)
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in aforementioned responsibilities (4 years is preferred)
  • Experience using QuickBooks and PeachTree
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of US payroll and accounting regulatory requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
